Texas-based author Elizabeth Buege has been telling stories since she was a little girl, when she wrote her first book about herself and her best friend embarking on an adventure reminiscent of The Magician’s Nephew by C.S. Lewis. Drawn from the very beginning to stories of wonder, emotion, and transformation, she now writes fantasy for readers who feel burnt out on overly romance-driven stories but still want romance to remain an important, meaningful thread within an epic fantasy. She is currently working on her debut standalone fantasy novel, A Gentle Ruin.
